MATCHBOX (Drawing Challenge)

Tengo una caja de fósforos
saco todos los fósforos y los arrojo  al agua
escribo en un papelito nuestros nombres
y pongo el papel dentro de la caja.
No necesitamos fuego,
nosotros somos el fuego.

I have a matchbox
I take all matches and I throw them to the water
I write our names on a small paper
and I put it into the box.
We do not need fire,
we are the fire.

The fire of love! Makes me thinking that time I felt in love, long long ago. I like the way you show me how it all continues in (mayby) childeren or in the way's we don't know yet.

I love the colors, the soft pinkish red and the watery green. I love the idea of love that sparks so no matches are needed. I love the words that refer to a story because of the names written on the paper.
I love giving objects a face and a soul, and you made this flames a very adorable couple. They are so together!!! like two fishes swimming close to each other. I hope the flames never die!!!
Bye! XXWW!!

What a drawing! And what poetic words! I like your imagination, Roberto - you always surprise me/us and your look at the world is always fresh and unexpected!
Love is like fire..., fire in love..., fire in water,i.e. love isn't a constant... I look and read and think, and think...
Simply magical!!!

Dear Roberto! Wish you a happy new year and well, you've already made it: I'm burning! I'm burning for your idea and of course I'm burning for love! Obviously you seem to be the hottest couple all around! :-D

You are a true romantic Roberto! This one made me giggle! I am going to be careful next time I open a box of matches...I would not want to disturb the secret lovers hiding inside!

I raise a toast to your fire Roberto. You are so right. We are the fire. I've for a long time now, been aware that people who don't have fire (or don't feel they have it) sometimes try to steal others' fire and take it for themselves. I dislike this quite fiercely. So I am aware of my own fire and protect it to be honest. I do give a bit away for others' to start their own big life-affirming blazes, but I guard my own. Your art reminded me of this. N, x :)
