The host of this week at the Drawing Challege is Barbara. and she challenged us with a not easy subjet: Chaos and Order, well, I rambled a bit about the subject, not only with words, so I did with the drawing.
Look at the other participants HERE, you will enjoy it
Do you know
something? I think order does not exist
Give me an
example about order ...
brushes
next to each other from the smallest to the biggest? ...
Ha Ha, is an imperfect order,
soldiers
marching on a military parade? ...
is an
imperfect order
the planets
revolving around a sun?
is an
imperfect order
your
panties in a drawer, and my underpants in another?.
is an
imperfect order
and I can
go to infinity.
If order existed, there would be no future
because the
fact that the clock move gives us an idea of change
and if
something changes there is no order, (perhaps ordering process)
And why,
something would change, when in the state of order is well? ... but everything
changes ... each second ...
Everything
changes because everything wants to be in order, but this will never be
achieved.
All is
chaos, I'm sorry for the order lovers.
I do not know if I'm looking for my order or my chaos.

Abrazos totales, Roberto.
hee hee hee hee....
good one!

Hi Roberto, I enjoyed this post - as I do all of yours - but I like how your thoughts wandering over that theme and your result is just a relief for me, at least I don't have to worry about order, as it doesn't exist anyway. Its all about an ongoing imperfect constantly changing thing called life.
Thanks for participating!

fun to consider order through your thoughts and your art.
ha! dear Roberto,
you re right! Sometimes order is chaos and sometimes chaos is the order!
Like your mixmedia very much... this fits the topic perfectly :)
Thank you for your bland words at 'Rose'
Best, Ariane.
Oh what a great drawing to illustrate this theme, Roberto!!! I enjoyed reading your musings alot.

let's keep looking so we keep on changing,
chaotic but great work Roberto, love the lettering, xx
But change can happen in orderly way, right?
Love the illustration. Reminds me of dadaism, very cool!
Hurray chaos!
What a great way of showing the chaos in your head! All the senses flying about and you trying to grab one and put it in the right place where it belongs.
I think there is a an order in nature, like the seasons, patterns, cycles. Real chaos sounds frightening. XXWW!!
I do not agree with you that order means being static. Each spring is different from the last one, but the order of nature is that spring comes every year. When that would change in something out of the order, like no spring or always spring, then there would be chaos and it would be frightening! The fact that we sleep at night and dream, that's order too. Although we don't sleep the same sound sleep everytime and our dreams are different each time, sleeping belongs to the order of being. It's a rhytm. Dreams can be very chaotic, yes! Love you! WW
So true Roberto! I like your thinking very much!!
I'm sorry I don't have time and forces to write much (you know why,) so I would just say that I'm obviously "an order lover", I mean I don't think EVERYTHING around is in chaos. If there's no illness, you wouldn't know what is health; if there's no darkness, you wouldn't know what is light; if there's no cold, you wouldn't know what is warmth, etc. Order, disorder(chaos) - they exist together and create in some way the harmony around... So, my understanding for these conceptions is close to Hedwig's... My perception is similar to hers. Let me add that there're people whose working space, for instance, is a real chaos for the others, but they don't "lose" themselves in it, because they have created some kind of order in the disorder.:)))
