PIEDRAS PINTADAS/PAINTED STONES

These days, I'm having fun drawing and painting stones that I collect at the river. Sorry for the poor quality of the photos, and lots of them, but I wanted to show all sides drawn from these stones.

I love them, they look really nice, your stile fits them very well.
I hope in the future there will be some archeologies and they will find these stones and wonder!
Stones collecting and drawing, I do that, too.

What a great idea! It must require loads of patience and skill to achieve that result. I can see that you have spent the first week of 2013 well!!

Aye! These stones are fantastico!!! The cats and the women are so simple and strong. So funny and decorative! So alive! It must be fun making them. No eraser, just draw without thinking to much. They make me smile. I like them!

I'm enchanted!! How did you succeed to weave and mingle all these figures - so many on such a narrow space?! Oh, your stones turned into a completely new reality! Fairytales, written on stones!:) Wonderful, Roberto!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope there'll be next ones!:D

Once again smitten I am, in love, with the cats on the stone. Some seem nervous about being on the stone, others rolling about their way, gathering no "fur."
