IF PASADO DE MODA/OLD FASHIONED

No me importa.

Yes, I already know I'm old fashioned.
So what? ... I do not care.
Or someone can tell me that a woman does not like a man to give away a flower
that she does not like a man to take his hand when she is about to cross a street,
or the company of a man to the door of the house.
or, at a door, the man let her go first.

I'm old fashioned, because I like to do all that.
You continue with the chips, the web, cell phone. iPod, iPad, iPhone, broadband, network gaming, and electronic music...I have to go kiss my wife.

And, such a lucky wife she is, Roberto!!! She must feel so very loved... just like me, when I get a thoughtful comment/compliment from dear Roberto on my own IF posts... :-) Susan

Dear Roberto, if you are old fashioned when behaving like a gentleman, then I am old fashioned, too, because I like to meet such attitude. Yes, it still happens to me - from men that I don't know, but always from my husband and son!
I like your drawing - a walk in the age of technologies, but so romantic!

Love this Roberto, I think it is my new favorite! Old fashioned is just another term for good manners and thoughtfulness. I try and teach my son these things, so I guess he will be "old fashioned" too.

Andrew Finnie dijo...

Ah yes, I see the intelligent ladies have stolen my post. Being a gentlemen is so overated isn;t it? Heh, just kidding. Ever since I stopped stealing old ladies hand bags I have felt much better.

Of course I occasionally I pinch unattended wheel chairs - but that;s just for fun...

My Roberto, your talents have no end - which is good for us and you. A symbiotic relationship no less?

For me it's the circuit board that acts as the stairway/bridge to the moon that it is the most charming part - and poignant.

By the way, my real name is Millie - I came to earth with those aliens in that above video. I didn't really want them to shoot up the "welcome Stand" but, hey, even us alien robots gotta have fun....

Oh the surf is 'all time' today.!

My magic worfd is 'creake".!

Andrew Finnie dijo...

Hey I meant to say sorry for being late. I have been surfing the last few days - and am now so old that I must have a nanny nap before I can enough energy to type!

I see at the bottom of the page - John Paul Ringo and Roberto!

For ever.

Lucky Husband & Lucky Wife !!!
I'm a bit old fashioned too.. looking at my friends or people around me, I'm probably the most old fashioned.. who cares.. you have all and the only thing that you need, the true love ! =)
Beautiful & Thoughtful illustration as always !

Love the "old-fashioned" manners myself. Great message and wonderful work.... as usual!

This is so lovely. Most modern "inventions" only pass through temporarily, but our connections with the heavens stand the test of time! :o)
